Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Farty Unicorn game, website, APIs, or services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age where consent is required, you must have a parent/guardian's permission.
Accounts and Wallets
- Authentication is performed using a supported Solana wallet.
- You are responsible for securing your device and wallet credentials.
- Gameplay Rules
- One account per person; automated play or bots are prohibited.
- Do not exploit bugs or unauthorized clients. Report issues to support.
- Scores must be earned through normal gameplay. Cheating may result in removal of scores and account restrictions.
- Leaderboard Rules
- Leaderboards reflect valid, verified scores. We may remove suspicious scores.
- We may reset, archive, or modify leaderboards during updates or seasons.
- Content and Conduct
- Do not submit usernames or content that are illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringe others' rights.
- We may moderate or remove content and restrict accounts for violations.
- Updates and Availability
- Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued.
- The Service may experience downtime for maintenance.
- Virtual Items
- The Service currently has no paid virtual items. If introduced, separate terms may apply.
- Data
- See Privacy Policy for how we collect, store, and use data.
- Third-Party Services
- Wallets and blockchain nodes are third-party services with their own terms.
- Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties.
- Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the Service.
- Changes to Terms
- We use semantic versioning and git commit references. Material changes will be versioned and dated. Offline copies are bundled in the app.
- Governing Law
- Subject to your local consumer laws, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the operator.
